All copyrights to graphics within this kit are retained by the creator of the kit.

YOU MAY :

- Use portions of my kits in your layouts that will be submitted to digital scrapbooking sites online or submitted to Scrapbooking and/or related magazines for publication as long as proper credit is given to me as the designer. This includes any graphics that you have altered.

- Use the graphics included in this kit to design your personnal website or blog.

- Alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).



YOU MAY NOT:

- Claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

- Submit entire kits, individual elements or templates as your own design to magazines - online or print editions, signature tag tutorials, or online websites (including Ebay) or groups.

- Make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

- Incorporate these graphics into any commercial use projects

- Resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

- Use any graphic(s) from this kit to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from this kit for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.


I am not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of these products.

- Please do not give the direct download link, rather give the link to my blog or store

- Please give the credits when you use and show my design on your sites.

- If any project using my product is published, regardless of media type, I require that you provide the appropriate credit as outlined below:

::::::::SCRAP FOR HIRE BUSINESS::::::::

I allow S4H and S4O on all my products, but the final product cannot be sold online. It is only to be used for homebased use and proper credit, though not required, is always greatly appreciated.

--YOU MAY use this product for a scrap for hire business provided that you do not furnish your clients their pages in a layered format where they could extract my graphics or elements. The finished product that you give to your clients must be in a flattened .jpg image or printed format.

--YOU MAY NOT use my products to create freebies, quickpages, papers, elements, templates, etc. for resale or distributed online or in any matter.

--YOU MAY NOT mass produce in any format. If you would like to mass produce items (more than 100 printings of the same card, candy wrapper, or other crafted item) using my products you will need to re-purchase my product.

***My graphics are copyright protected by Scraps By Jessica. You make not take credit for my creations.
